The role of experience in world tourism activity resides largely in the context of the tourist, in the systemic organisation of the destination and in the process of international integration. It is intention of this study to highlight local and global operational opportunities, resulting from tourist management of identity resources. This paper is supported by a cross-check of results obtained in our own investigations between 2010 and 2017. It was concluded that local community dynamics and the process of intensification of tourist experience give raise to an opportunity of an identity decomposition and respective stratification of attributes that are configured as intensifying factors of the tourist experience. This process underlines mutual advantages for tourists and local communities and also reveals a tool of knowledge, integration and peace promoting.Downloads
